HR Recruiter (Middle)

An international iGaming company is looking for a self-sufficient recruiter to cover a permanent Media Buyer vacancy and adjacent positions (IT, digital). They need someone who can source candidates through active search rather than waiting for inbound applications.

What you'll do

• Fill a permanent Media Buyer vacancy and adjacent positions (IT, digital)
• Run the full recruitment cycle
• Source candidates through active cold search (Telegram, LinkedIn, HH)
• Use Boolean/X-Ray search techniques to find candidates
• Work autonomously without micromanagement

What we need

• Recruiting experience of 1+ year
• Full recruitment cycle
• Active cold search required (Telegram, LinkedIn, HH)
• Proficiency in Boolean/X-Ray

Nice to have

• Experience in IT, Digital, Affiliate or iGaming
