Head of Facebook Traffic Acquisition (Gambling / Online Casino)

The company is expanding its Facebook direction and is looking for a head with strong hands-on experience in traffic buying for gambling/online casino. The role involves managing a team of buyers, controlling KPIs, and scaling profitable campaigns. Remote format, fixed salary + profit share, and large budgets are offered.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for the efficiency of the buyer team, set goals and KPIs, conduct result reviews
• Control cost per lead, number of first deposits, payback, conversion, and volumes
• Form a strategy for testing combinations/geos and increasing volumes without losing profitability
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new buyers
• Build a system for testing new hypotheses
• Standardize analytics and reporting
• Control the allocation of advertising budgets
• Find and eliminate bottlenecks preventing volume and profit growth

What we need

• Strong experience in independent Facebook traffic buying, with $80k+ monthly spend in the last 3-6 months
• Up-to-date understanding of working with high-risk verticals (gambling / online casino)
• Experience managing a team of traffic buyers of 3-5+ people

Nice to have

• Experience with monthly spend of $150,000+
• Experience in forex, binary options, investments, and crypto
