Sales Manager (Esoteric, Tarot)

International digital team develops a project focused on esoteric and tarot (more than 6 years on the market with more than 3 geos) is expanding its sales team. They provide a steady flow of warm leads and ready-made scripts. Your task is to take and close deals.

What you'll do

• Receive warm incoming requests from people already ready to talk (readings, rituals, consultations).
• Build relationships with clients, identify needs, and close deals.
• Increase average check through additional services (upsells) using ready-made mechanisms.
• Handle objections and bring the deal to a logical conclusion.

What we need

• Required experience in sales. If you have worked in esoteric/tarot or are interested in this field!
• Persuasion skill: ability to handle objections and conduct dialogue so that the client wants to stay with us.
• Empathy and articulate speech: important to build a trustful dialogue, understand the pain, not just 'pressure' the client.
• Responsibility and self-organization.

• Experience in esoteric/tarot
