Team Lead / Head of VIP (LatAm)

An iGaming employer is looking for a Team Lead / Head of VIP to work with VIP clients in the LatAm market. The role involves leading a team, working with key metrics (NGR, LTV, ROI), and building VIP processes. Fully remote with a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Work with VIP clients in the LatAm market
• Lead a team of VIP managers
• Work with key metrics: NGR, LTV, ROI
• Work with CRM and analytics
• Build and set up processes to fit the role
• Influence product development and metrics

What we need

• 3+ years of iGaming experience (with VIP clients or as a team lead)
• Experience with the LatAm market (preferred)
• Understanding of key metrics: NGR, LTV, ROI
• Skills in working with CRM and analytics
• English — B2
• Self-sufficiency and readiness for irregular availability

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish
