HR Manager / Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Manager/Recruiter to actively search and attract candidates in the field of scheme traffic. Fully remote work, paid internship.

What you'll do

• Active search and attraction of candidates (including cold search)
• Selection of specialists: correspondence, audio interviews, initial assessment of skills
• Work with Google Sheets: maintaining candidate database, filling tables and reports
• Creating creative job postings
• Providing feedback to candidates: prompt, constructive, and motivating
• Interaction with the team: discussing hiring processes, finding best solutions

What we need

• Experience in recruiting specialists in scheme traffic for at least 6 months
• Understanding of traffic arbitrage and scheme traffic specifics
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactivity, independence, desire to develop and achieve results
