Listing Manager / Senior Media Buyer

An international AI product that creates 18+ photo and video content using AI, and also develops Telegram Mini Apps, is looking for a Listing Manager / Senior Media Buyer. The role involves buying placements on Adult sites, negotiating with site owners and webmasters, analyzing CTR, conversions and ROI, and scaling the pool of profitable placements. Remote work, salary from $3,000 plus bonuses.

What you'll do

• Find and analyze Adult 18+ sites and advertising platforms
• Find contacts of site owners, administrators and webmasters
• Negotiate and secure the best terms for placements
• Buy and launch advertising placements: banners, buttons and other formats
• Analyze CTR, conversions, payments and ROI
• Test new platforms and advertising formats
• Optimize placements and disable ineffective sources
• Build and scale a pool of profitable Adult platforms
• Take full responsibility for the direction's results

What we need

• Experience in buying advertising and placements on websites
• Practical experience with Adult 18+ platforms is a big advantage
• Understanding of the Adult traffic market and specifics of working with webmasters
• Experience negotiating directly with site owners / admins
• Ability to work with CTR, CR, ROI and other performance metrics
• Analytical thinking and result orientation
• Independence and a high level of ownership
• Willingness to independently build and scale the direction
