Team Lead of Facebook Farming Department

The company is a product adtech team in Fintech and Crypto. Looking for a Team Lead of Facebook Farming Department to prepare, open, and warm up accounts, resolve account issues, and work with antidetect browsers, proxies, and card services.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficient with Google Workspace (sheets, docs)
• Understanding of Facebook structure (moderation, interface, errors, bans)
• Experience with task managers (Asana, Teamly or similar)
• Skills with knowledge bases (Notion or similar — writing guides)
• Strong skills with browsers, proxies, and card services
• English B1-B2 for written communication with contractors
• Personal qualities: responsibility, communication skills, attention to detail, punctuality, initiative, ability to handle large volumes of repetitive tasks
