Team Lead of Facebook Farming Department

The company, a product adtech team in Fintech and Crypto, is looking for a Team Lead for their Facebook Farming Department to manage account creation, warming, and troubleshooting.

What you'll do

• Preparation, opening, and warming of accounts on Facebook, social networks, Business Managers, and Fan Pages
• Resolving account issues and maintaining their functionality
• Working with antidetect browsers, proxies, and card services

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in Google Workspace (sheets, docs), Facebook structure (understanding moderation, interface, errors, bans), task managers (Asana, Teamly and similar), knowledge bases (Notion or similar—writing guides)
• Strong skills in working with browsers, proxies, and card services
• Ability to communicate in writing with contractors in English (English level B1-B2)
• Personal qualities: responsibility, communication skills, attentiveness, punctuality, initiative, ability to handle large volumes of repetitive tasks
