Finance Manager

A media buying agency in the iGaming niche is looking for a Finance Manager to build the financial system, management accounting, and influence the business as a decision maker. Work with large budgets, various geos and traffic sources.
What we need
- Experience as Finance Manager / Head of Finance in an iGaming media buying team for at least 2 years
- Understanding of media buying financial model: traffic, costs, payouts, cash flow
- Experience in building or systematically optimizing management accounting
- Strong knowledge of P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting and plan-fact analysis
- Experience with a large number of transactions and distributed expenses
- Strong analytics: ROI, unit economics, margin
- Skill in building financial processes and control
- Willingness to take responsibility and act as a decision maker
Nice to have
- Experience in automating financial processes
