Finance Manager

A media buying agency in the iGaming niche is looking for a finance manager to build the financial system and influence business decisions.

What you'll do

• Build and develop management accounting and financial processes in the company, including a transparent payment system, expense control and data consolidation into a single point.
• Create and control management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow), ensure data accuracy and provide regular analytics for the business and management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting income and expenses, monitor budget execution and manage cash flow without cash gaps.
• Control all operational financial processes: payments to the team and contractors, payment calendar, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations with partners.
• Build a system of business metrics and performance analytics, calculate ROI and unit economics, identify inefficient spending and growth points.
• Provide analytical support for management decisions, participate in business development and foster a data-driven approach in the company.

What we need

• Experience as Finance Manager / Head of Finance in an iGaming media buying team for at least 2 years;
• Understanding of media buying financial model: traffic, costs, payouts, cash flow;
• Experience in building or systematically optimizing management accounting;
• Solid knowledge of P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting and plan-fact analysis;
• Experience working with a large number of transactions and distributed expenses;
• Strong analytics: ROI, unit economics, margin analysis;
• Skill in building financial processes and controls;
• Willingness to take responsibility and act as a decision maker.

Nice to have

• Experience in automating financial processes is a plus;
