CRM / Retention Manager (Email/SMS)

The employer is looking for a CRM/Retention Manager to build converting Email/SMS campaigns and lifecycle chains, segment users, and optimize campaigns. The role involves running A/B tests and analyzing performance in the iGaming domain. Engagement is via a B2B contract, remote or office-based in Prague.

What you'll do

• Creating converting Email/SMS messages and lifecycle chains
• Segmenting users
• Running A/B tests
• Analyzing and optimizing campaigns

What we need

• 1+ year of CRM/Retention experience
• English B2+ (strong writing skills)
• Experience with Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Optimove or similar
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM / TCPA policies

Nice to have

• Experience with the US market
• SQL
• iGaming experience
