We are looking for a strong leader for a new media buying direction, who will build and lead a team, ensuring stable growth.

What you'll do

• Building and managing a team of media buyers
• Scaling campaigns and finding new approaches
• Monitoring KPIs (ROI, CPL, volumes)
• Building procurement and testing processes

What we need

• Experience managing a team of buyers for at least 2 years (mandatory in Gambling)
• Proven experience working with LATAM geo
• Confident work with analytics and key metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV, CR)
• Understanding of funnels, offers, creatives, and hypothesis testing approaches
• Mandatory signing of NDA
