Affiliate Sales Manager (India)

A fintech company is looking for an Affiliate Sales Manager to scale its affiliate network and develop business in the Indian market. Tasks: find and attract new partners and traders, negotiate and manage the full deal cycle, develop current partnerships, monitor KPIs. Fully remote, competitive pay + bonuses, growth to Head of Affiliates.
What we need
- 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Affiliate Sales
- Understanding of online advertising, traffic sources, and monetization models
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Independence and results-oriented
- English B1–B2+
- Only Indians, and only with experience in P2P and processing
Nice to have
- Experience working with the Indian market
- Own network of contacts (affiliate / media buying / performance)
