Hunter-Account / Client Manager

The company is looking for a hunter-account manager to recruit and manage partners across various verticals (gambling, dating, cam/adult, mobile apps). The role involves finding new partners, launching ad campaigns, analyzing metrics, and working with the in-house team.

What you'll do

• Find and attract new partners (webmasters, advertisers, networks, app developers).
• Manage partners from first contact to stable payouts and growth.
• Launch and scale advertising campaigns across different verticals.
• Analyze data and metrics, optimize combinations, find growth opportunities.
• Work with trackers, metrics, and in-house team, maintain reporting and achieve KPIs.

What we need

• 1+ year experience in traffic arbitrage / affiliate / Ad Network
• Ability to find, attract, and retain partners
• Knowledge of popunder, push/inpage, banners, video
• Understanding traffic from social media, contextual ads, native ads
• Knowledge of metrics: CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, ROI
• Fluent English (calls, chats, correspondence)
• Initiative, analytical thinking, and ability to deliver results
