Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook, iGaming)

The employer is looking for a Team Lead in Media Buying with experience in Facebook Ads and iGaming to build the traffic acquisition department from scratch. The role involves team management, strategy development, and process scaling. Requires 3+ years of Facebook Ads experience and 1+ year in a leadership position.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement traffic acquisition strategy.
• Manage and develop the team of media buyers and team leads (involvement in hiring, onboarding, motivation).
• Build and scale processes from scratch.
• Monitor ad launches, traffic volumes, and key metrics.
• Test new combinations and pass best practices to the team.
• Manage and allocate budgets.
• Monitor the market and identify new growth opportunities.
• Train and develop the team.

What we need

• 3+ years of experience with Facebook Ads.
• 3+ years in iGaming.
• 1+ year in a leadership position (Head / Team Lead).
• Experience managing a team and budgets.
• Experience with PWA and different geos (Tier 1-2-3).
• Strong analytical thinking and result orientation.
