Media Buyer / UA All-rounder (mobile apps + lead-gen)

We are looking for a versatile media buyer for cross-platform traffic purchasing in Google (UAC and search) and Meta, with experience working simultaneously on app-installs for subscriptions and lead-gen. The goal is to build a system for rapid hypothesis testing where traffic is part of the product.

What you'll do

• Cross-platform buying: managing traffic on Google (UAC and search) and Meta
• Dual front: simultaneous work on app-installs for subscriptions and lead-gen for our offers
• Creatives: generating and testing ad sets, quickly cutting what doesn't work, optimizing what takes off
• Economics, not CPI: keep CAC, ROAS, payback, trial-to-paid in mind, not just the top of the funnel
• Scaling: growing working ad sets to new geos and segments
• Hypotheses: bring your own ideas, don't wait for ready-made briefs

What we need

• Real experience: independent management of paid traffic with verifiable numbers
• Versatility: confidently work in both mobile UA and lead-gen, not 'only Meta' or 'only UAC'
• Analytics: think in cohorts and unit economics, not just daily CPL
• Speed: hypothesis - test - conclusion - next, without months of ramp-up
• Independence: set up a campaign yourself and explain why that way

Nice to have

• TikTok Ads: experience running campaigns and testing ad sets
• Apple Search Ads: experience with ASA, keywords, and audiences
