Operations/Commercial Director of Digital Service
Employer Location —Comp Fixed salary + profit share (income depends on results, no cap)
A profitable online service is looking for a manager to replace the owner in operations. You will be responsible for customer acquisition, marketing budget, unit economics, and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Performance marketing and traffic buying
- Channel analytics and ROI
- Pricing and packages
- Leading a small team and client service
- Development of new directions and partnerships
- Monthly P&L reporting
What we need
- Experience in digital/SaaS/e-commerce for at least 3 years with P&L responsibility
- Strong unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
- Experience in traffic buying (contextual, targeted, CPA)
- Management experience
- Independence and result orientation
