Operations/Commercial Director of Digital Service

A profitable online service is looking for a manager to take over operations from the owner. You will be responsible for customer acquisition, marketing budget, unit economics, and revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Performance marketing and traffic buying
• Channel analytics and ROI analysis
• Pricing and package development
• Leading a small team and customer service
• Developing new areas and partnerships
• Monthly P&L reporting

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in digital/SaaS/e-commerce with P&L responsibility
• Strong unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
• Experience in traffic buying (contextual, targeted, CPA)
• Management experience
• Independence and result orientation
