Affiliate Manager

The company is looking for an Affiliate Manager for an iGaming project. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing and knowledge of the CIS market. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Find and recruit strong affiliates (webmasters).
• Build long-term relationships with partners.
• Analyze webmaster behavior and performance.
• Manage campaigns using CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Listing models.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming vertical).
• Deep understanding of payment models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Listing.
• Analytical thinking: ability to look at numbers broadly and analyze webmaster behavior over time, not just at the moment.
• Market knowledge: excellent understanding of the specifics and trends of the CIS market.
