Financial Manager | Crypto

A team with 6+ years of experience in the crypto vertical, working with traffic arbitrage, is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of the team's operational finances and payments. The role involves working directly with the Owner and Head of Media Buying, running financial processes and optimizing them. Full remote and flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Process and execute all incoming payment requests
• Prepare payroll statements and execute payouts
• Track and allocate expenses per buyer in Excel
• Maintain a financial dashboard for the Team Lead and Owner
• Assist in preparing monthly reports for buyer teams
• Control monthly subscriptions and recurring payments
• Open new accounts, exchange accounts and cards
• Handle account blocks and unblocks
• Research and implement new payment methods

What we need

• Experience as a Finance Manager in Crypto or iGaming
• Confident command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies, exchanges, payment systems and financial operations
• Attention to numbers and details
• Systematic approach, responsibility and ability to handle a large volume of payments
• Self-sufficiency in resolving financial matters
