Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO)

An international iGaming company is looking for a Chief Business Development Officer to lead the affiliate direction. The role involves managing a portfolio of advertisers, developing relationships with casino operators, negotiating, and improving processes. Fully remote.

What we need

• Experience managing a portfolio of 20+ advertisers in iGaming
• Experience managing a team (at least 2 people)
• Understanding of operator business metrics: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, LTV
• Negotiation skills at top management level
• Experience with CRM and structuring partner processes

Nice to have

• Experience on both sides: product (Head of Affiliate/Affiliate Manager) and affiliate/arbitrage team
• Experience with major international iGaming brands
• Experience building and developing teams
• Strong industry network and experience attending industry conferences
