Inbound Traffic Handler / Sales Manager

An arbitrage team is looking for an inbound traffic handler / Sales Manager to work with investments and promotions. Fully remote, schedule 6/1.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming traffic in Telegram.
• Correspond with clients using ready-made templates and free format.
• Skillfully build communication using AI and translators.
• Support clients, answer questions, and guide them through the process.
• Propose new ideas and solutions to improve team efficiency.
• Maintain discipline, fast response times, and high communication standards with clients.

• Mandatory experience as a handler / sales manager in the CIS.
• Ability to quickly navigate large volumes of information.
• Flexibility in communication, initiative, and creative approach.
• Stress tolerance and ability to calmly handle a high volume of messages.
