Team Lead / Head of Technical Department

Head of Technical Department in an arbitrage team. Fully remote work. Responsible for infrastructure, automation, and integrations.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical department and distribute tasks among employees
• Monitor the team's technical infrastructure
• Configure integrations, APIs, postbacks, pixels, and analytics systems
• Automate routine processes and implement new technical solutions
• Participate in launching new GEOs and products
• Control task quality, deadlines, and technical standards
• Interact with departments within the team

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience managing a technical team
• Deep understanding of arbitrage team infrastructure
• Experience with Chatterfy, VPS/VDS (Linux), Nginx/Apache, Git, HTML/CSS/JavaScript (basic level), Python
• Experience with API integrations and postbacks

Nice to have

• Understanding of Facebook Ads, anti-detect browsers, domain infrastructure, and cloaking
