Team Lead Media Buying FB | Telegram

We are looking for a Team Lead who can find profitable combinations and build effective team work. The role involves managing a team of Facebook media buyers, developing strategies for launching and scaling ad campaigns, and monitoring KPIs. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of Facebook Media Buyers
• Monitor team KPI and key performance metrics
• Develop strategy for launching, testing, and scaling ad campaigns
• Analyze results, identify growth areas, and improve traffic buying efficiency
• Control quality of combinations and distribute tasks within the team
• Coordinate with designers, tech department, and other teams
• Train, develop, and support buyers

What we need

• Mandatory experience as Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer with managerial duties
• At least 2 years of experience
• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads and buying traffic on Telegram
• Proficient with Keitaro and other analytics tools
• Experience scaling ad campaigns and managing large budgets
• Ability to build processes, motivate the team, and take responsibility for overall results
