We are looking for a Team Lead who can not only find profitable combinations but also build an effective team workflow. Income starts from $5,000+, discussed individually. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Managing a team of Facebook Media Buyers
• Monitoring team KPI and key performance indicators
• Developing strategy for launching, testing, and scaling ad campaigns
• Analyzing results, finding growth points, and improving traffic buying efficiency
• Quality control of combinations and task distribution within the team
• Collaboration with designers, tech department, and other teams
• Training, development, and support of buyers

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer with management responsibilities is MANDATORY
• At least 2 years of experience
• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads and traffic buying on Telegram
• Proficient with Keitaro and other analytics tools
• Experience scaling ad campaigns and managing large budgets
• Ability to build processes, motivate the team, and take responsibility for overall results
