Affiliate Manager

A tech developer in IT and fintech, specializing in iGaming, is looking for an Affiliate Manager with an own base of webmasters (GEO: RU / UZ) to generate traffic. Key tasks: attracting quality traffic via webmasters, arbitrage teams, and SEO partners; working with CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models; focusing on ROI, LTV, and stable traffic quality across GEOs: RU, UZ, CIS, Tier-1, Latam. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Onboarding and developing webmasters, arbitrage teams, and SEO partners
• Launching and scaling traffic (RU, UZ, CIS, Tier-1/3, Latam)
• Quality control, anti-fraud, offer optimization
• Analytics: ROI, LTV, CR, EPC
• Working with Keitaro and BI
• Interaction with product, finance, and support teams

What we need

• 2-3+ years in affiliate (iGaming / Gambling)
• Own webmaster base (RU / UZ priority)
• Experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
• Anti-fraud and traffic quality control
• Russian (native), English (B2+)

Nice to have

• Contacts with arbitrage teams, understanding of retention / CRM
