Head of Product

The company is looking for a Head of Product to manage the product backlog, establish stable delivery processes, and drive key metrics in the iGaming domain. The role requires a data-driven approach, market analysis, and strategic thinking. Full remote work with high compensation and bonuses.

What you'll do

• Manage incoming stream of tasks from the business — build and prioritize product backlog
• Establish a stable delivery process: reduce chaos, automate, implement systemic solutions
• Influence key metrics: conversion, revenue, user experience
• CustDev, A/B tests, data-driven approach to hypothesis validation
• Analyze market, competitors, and find new growth opportunities

What we need

• Experience as CPO / Head of Product — at least 2 years
• Deep expertise in iGaming: brands, GEOs, White Label and proprietary engines
• Understanding of game mechanics, providers and market trends
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• English B2 or higher
