  • Participating in negotiations and managing deals from first contact to launch
  • Developing and maintaining long-term partner relationships
  • Working in international markets, searching for new regions for expansion
  • Managing own pipeline: activities, conversions, results
  • Basic analytics for own area: what works, what doesn't, where we are growing
  • Transparent record keeping of work
  • Working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams
  • Providing product feedback: what the market asks for, what the offer lacks
  • Participating in shaping positioning and materials for partners

What we need

  • Experience in an iGaming provider for at least 2 years (critical – industry specifics matter)
  • Experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Sales
  • Own contact base: operators, aggregators, partners
  • Understanding of iGaming specifics: how integrations work, roles of parties, decision-making process of operators
  • Experience managing deals from lead to signing
  • Experience with pipeline and basic analytics – you understand where and why deals drop off
  • English B1–B2 for international communication
  • Proactivity and independence – you don't wait for leads, you find them yourself
  • Result orientation and responsibility for your area

Nice to have

  • Experience launching partnerships from scratch in a new company or market
  • Understanding of the crash segment and its sales specifics
  • Network among C-level operators and aggregators

What's in it for you

  • Fully remote, 5/2
  • Processes that help, not hinder: structured, no bureaucracy or micromanagement
  • Freedom in how you work – responsibility for results
  • Transparent rules for vacations, days off, and sick leave – no surprises
  • Bonuses for results and birthday, salary review based on performance, not calendar
  • It's okay to ask questions, make mistakes, and suggest ideas
  • Zero toxicity and micromanagement
  • Everyone directly influences the product – no approvals through seven departments
