Business Development Specialist

The company, an iGaming provider of crash games, is looking for a Business Development Specialist to build its partner network. The role involves finding and onboarding operators, platforms, and aggregators, managing deals from first contact to launch, developing long-term relationships, and working in international markets. Requires 2+ years of experience at an iGaming provider, an own contact base, and understanding of the industry specifics.
What we need
- 2+ years of experience at an iGaming provider
- Experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Sales
- Own contact base: operators, aggregators, partners
- Understanding of iGaming specifics: integrations, roles, operator decision-making
- Experience managing deals from lead to signing
- Experience with pipeline and basic analytics
- English B1–B2 for international communication
- Proactive and self-sufficient
- Result-oriented and accountable
Nice to have
- Experience launching partnerships from scratch in a new company or market
- Understanding of the crash segment and its sales specifics
- Network among C-level operators and aggregators
