Manager-Consultant

A FinTech company is looking for a manager-consultant to work remotely with clients in chats. The role involves identifying needs, processing orders, negotiations, document preparation and payment control, as well as maintaining a client database in CRM and meeting KPIs.

What you'll do

• Working with clients in chats: identifying needs, processing orders, negotiations
• Document preparation and payment control
• Maintaining client database in CRM
• Interaction with cashiers for receipt generation
• Preparing reports and meeting KPIs

What we need

• Experience working with clients in chats, service sales, or call center
• Proper speech and confident communication
• PC and CRM knowledge

Nice to have

• Experience as a supervisor
