Product Manager

The company is the top-1 Rust gaming platform, developing a product for millions of players and scaling to Germany, UK, USA, Brazil. We are looking for a Product Manager with 2+ years of experience who thinks in financial terms and is responsible for business results.

What we need

• Experience in Product Management (iGaming / Gambling is a plus)
• Understanding of metrics: GGR, NGR, Retention, LTV, ARPU, ROI, Conversion
• Experience launching features that impact product and revenue
• Ability to work with analytics, A/B tests, and AI tools
• Independence and strong prioritization skills

Nice to have

• Experience in Skin Gambling, Rust, CS Skins or casino products
• Experience with bonus economy and BI tools (SQL, Amplitude, GA, Metabase, etc.)
