Product Manager

The employer is a top-1 Rust gaming platform. The company develops a product for millions of players and scales to Germany, UK, USA, Brazil. They are looking for a Product Manager with a finance mindset and business result responsibility, with at least 2 years of experience.

What you'll do

• Launch mechanics that grow deposits, retention, and revenue
• Develop game modes, bonuses, promos, and events
• Analyze player journey and test hypotheses through analytics and A/B tests
• Shape the roadmap and set clear tasks for the team
• Use AI for research, analysis, and hypothesis generation
• Analyze post-launch results and find growth opportunities

What we need

• Experience in Product Management (iGaming / Gambling is a plus)
• Understanding of metrics: GGR, NGR, Retention, LTV, ARPU, ROI, Conversion
• Experience launching features that impact product and revenue
• Ability to work with analytics, A/B tests, and AI tools
• Independence and strong prioritization skills

Nice to have

• Experience in Skin Gambling, Rust, CS Skins, or casino products
• Experience with bonus economy and BI tools (SQL, Amplitude, GA, Metabase, etc.)
