Head of Tech (Team Lead)

The company, specializing in traffic arbitrage, is looking for a Head of Tech. Responsibilities include server and tracker administration, process automation, API integrations, domain management, and bot protection. Requires experience as a tech lead in traffic arbitrage.

What you'll do

• Full control and administration of servers and trackers
• Setting up a pipeline for mass generation of whites, copying, cleaning, and uniqueization of landings
• Complex API integrations, integration with CRM systems, setting up postbacks and cloaking
• Work with domains, Cloudflare, bot protection, ensuring 99.9% uptime
• Leading the tech department (setting tasks for layout designers/junior tech specialists, monitoring their work)

What we need

• Solid experience as a tech lead or senior tech specialist in traffic arbitrage
• Automation skills, ability to write scripts
• System approach: ability to build reliable architecture
