Support Affiliate Manager

A media-buying company working with large traffic volumes is looking for a Support Affiliate Manager to offload its current operational workload. The role involves distributing traffic between advertisers and limits between partners, as well as daily work with spreadsheets and internal accounting systems.

What you'll do

• Distribute traffic between advertisers according to established rules
• Distribute available limits between partners taking into account their priority, rate and call center schedule
• Monitor limit fill and make the most efficient use of available volumes
• Collect limit information from work chats daily and enter it into the spreadsheet
• Work with spreadsheets and internal accounting systems

What we need

• Ability to work with numbers and understanding that a single mistake can cost a lot of money
• Confident command of Google Sheets / Excel spreadsheets, including formulas and filters
• English at correspondence level (A2-B1)
• Attention to detail, responsibility and thoroughness, enjoyment of operational order
• Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changes
• At least 6 months of experience in any operational role related to data, spreadsheets and numbers
