Creative Producer (YouTube, CPM)

We are looking for a Creative Producer for an iGaming project, responsible for the idea, structure, and quality of video content. Strong understanding of storytelling, visual rhythm, and short video trends is essential. We offer remote work with a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Develop creative concept and video structure
• Write briefs and storyboards for editors, motion designers, and AI video team
• Oversee editing, dynamics, pace, and narrative logic
• Select moodboards, references, and visual direction
• Maintain consistent style across video, motion, and static materials
• Work with AI tools for video creation
• Review and approve final videos before release
• Monitor short video trends for social media

What we need

• 4+ years of experience as a creative producer, video editor, or post-production lead
• Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and visual tempo
• Experience writing briefs and storyboards
• Ability to work with creative, design, and production teams
• Fluent in Russian and English
