An independent performance team is looking for a Team Lead / Head of Recruitment with experience in iGaming and traffic arbitrage. Responsibilities include closing key positions (media buyers, team leads, head-level), building hiring processes, working with founders, and developing a recruitment team.
What we need
- Experience in iGaming, within an arbitrage team
- Experience closing head/C-level positions
- Experience building processes (even at small scale)
- Ability to work quickly but thoughtfully
