Partnership Manager

The employer is looking for a Partnership Manager to sell advertising integrations in podcasts, social media, and events. Requires sales experience in the media field. After the probation period, relocation to Belgrade and office format.

What you'll do

• Sales of advertising integrations in podcasts, podcast slots, social media posts of the company, and event placements.
• Converting advertisers from the media division to clients of the agency division, searching for and attracting guests to podcasts.
• Communication with advertisers on sales, managing and communicating with partners and potential partners.
• Weekly reporting and analytics on all sales work (number of closed deals, number of new advertisers, number of repeat deals, etc.).

What we need

• Sales experience in the media field for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of sales and client retention techniques
• Understanding of objection handling
• Responsibility, deadline compliance, independence, proactivity
• Willingness to relocate to Belgrade and work in an office format

• Experience in high-risk verticals
