Affiliate Manager (Crypto vertical)

We are a fast-growing affiliate network in the crypto vertical, looking for a manager to build long-term partnerships and scale traffic. Responsibilities: sourcing and onboarding partners, analyzing traffic quality, managing communication on payouts and terms. Requirements: 6+ months in affiliate marketing, understanding of CR, EPC, ARPU, ROI, English at least B1.

• Understanding of key metrics: CR, EPC, ARPU, ROI
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High autonomy and attention to detail
• English at least B1 level
