Affiliate Manager (Crypto vertical)

We are an affiliate network actively growing in the crypto vertical. We are looking for a strong manager to find and onboard partners, analyze traffic, and scale. Office work in Kyiv, schedule 5/2.

What you'll do

• Search and onboarding of partners (webmasters / media buyers / teams)
• Building trust relationships and maintaining activity
• Traffic quality analysis and optimization
• Managing communication on payments, terms, CR, geo, offers
• Monitoring trends in the crypto vertical

What we need

• Experience 6+ months in affiliate sphere (crypto/igaming/nutra is a plus)
• Understanding of basic metrics: CR, EPC, ARPU, ROI
• Competent communication and negotiation skills
• High independence, meticulousness
• English level at least B1

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto/igaming/nutra verticals
