A profitable online service is looking for a manager to take over operations from the owner. You will be responsible for customer acquisition, marketing budget, unit economics, and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Performance marketing and traffic buying
- Channel analytics and ROI analysis
- Pricing and package development
- Leading a small team and client service
- Developing new areas and partnerships
- Monthly P&L reporting
What we need
- 3+ years of experience in digital/SaaS/e-commerce with P&L responsibility
- Strong unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
- Experience in traffic buying (contextual, targeted, CPA)
- Management experience
- Independence and result orientation
