Employer Location —Comp Fixed salary plus profit share (income depends on results, no cap)
A profitable online service is looking for an Operations/Commercial Director to manage client acquisition, marketing budget, unit economics, and revenue growth. The role includes performance marketing, traffic buying, analytics, team leadership, and P&L reporting. Full remote, fixed salary plus profit share.
What you'll do
- Performance marketing and traffic buying
- Channel analytics and ROI
- Pricing and service package development
- Leading a small team and client service
- Developing new directions and partnerships
- Monthly P&L reporting
What we need
- Experience in digital/SaaS/e-commerce for at least 3 years with P&L responsibility
- Strong unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
- Experience in traffic buying (contextual, targeted, CPA)
- Management experience
- Independence and results orientation
