Head/Team Lead of Unlocking Department

The employer is looking for a Head/Team Lead of the Unlocking Department in FinTech who will be directly involved in operational work and accountable for the team's results. Remote, full-time, geo UA; due to VPN, candidates located outside Russia, Belarus and Ukraine are considered.

What you'll do

• Oversee the department's daily operations
• Distribute tasks and control deadlines and results
• Independently handle complex work situations
• Track metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with adjacent departments
• Participate in hiring

• Experience managing a team (3-5 people)
• Strong operational skills
• Understanding of banking processes
• Ability to make decisions quickly
• Accountability for results
• Stress tolerance and proactivity
• Strong communication
