Support Manager

An iGaming company is looking for a Support Manager to work in the office in Yerevan. Requires at least 6 months of customer support experience and English at B2-C1 level.
What you'll do
- Handling customer inquiries via ticketing systems and CRM
- Resolving user issues and providing product consultation
- Working in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
What we need
- English B2-C1
- Fluent Russian
- Proficient PC user, ability to work with CRM systems and ticketing services
- At least 6 months of customer support experience
- Experience in iGaming
- Willingness to work shifts (night shifts, weekends, holidays)
- Located in Yerevan
