Team Lead Farmer (FB)

The company is expanding its Farm department and is looking for an experienced Team Lead Farmer with a focus on Facebook. The role includes leading a team of farmers, full management of the farming direction, purchasing and warming up accounts, controlling quality and living rate, and building processes. Experience in the Nutra vertical is a plus.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of farmers: hiring, training, onboarding, setting tasks and monitoring KPIs.
• Fully manage the farming direction: registration, warming up, aging, creating and preparing Business Managers.
• Keep track of all resources - accounts / BMs / social registrations: inflow, statuses, usage, lifespan, ban reasons (spreadsheets/CRM).
• Organize the purchasing and warming process: find and test suppliers, work with agency accounts and account agencies.
• Control account quality and living rate, reduce ban rate, improve warming schemes for our niche.
• Build and document processes (manuals, regulations, anti-detect settings, proxies, warming scenarios).
• Interact with the buying team: meet the need for consumables in a timely manner and in the required volume.

What we need

• Experience in farming for Team Lead Farm Facebook from 2 years, for Farmer from 6 months, deep understanding of account lifecycle and ban logic.
• Leadership experience: have already built/led a team of farmers, able to hire and train people.
• Practical experience in purchasing and warming accounts, working with agencies and agency accounts.
• Understanding of working with anti-detect browsers, proxies, BMs, social registrations.
• Systematic approach and ability to keep clear records of resources, calculate unit economics of consumables.
• Focus specifically on FB (other sources are a plus, but not required).

Nice to have

• Experience in the Nutra vertical is welcome, but not required.
