Facebook Farmer/Setter

A product adtech team in Fintech and Crypto is looking for an experienced Facebook farmer/setter. The role covers setting up and maintaining ad accounts, testing new accounts, and working with the buying team. Fully remote from anywhere in the world with a choice of schedules.

What you'll do

• Setting up ad accounts
• Troubleshooting ad accounts and keeping them operational
• Testing new ad accounts to improve the marketing department's performance
• Understanding and following the platform's moderation rules
• Liaising with the buying team on account quantity and quality
• Maintaining the ad account tracking spreadsheet with migration to corporate CRM

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, specifically with Facebook
• Confident use of Google Workspace (sheets, docs)
• Understanding of Facebook structure and interface, knowledge of common errors
• Experience with task managers (Asana, Teamly and similar)
• Experience with knowledge bases (Notion or similar)
• Confident skills with browsers, IPs and cards
• English at B1 level for written communication with contractors
• Responsibility, communication skills, attention to detail, punctuality
• Ability to handle a large volume of repetitive tasks
