CEO / General Director (SEO / Digital)

A company with 100+ specialists, developing its own portfolio of SEO websites and digital products, is looking for a CEO with a strong SEO background to take over operational management and scale the business. The role includes strategy, P&L management, building organizational structure, and implementing AI automation. Work in Kazakhstan, office/hybrid, relocation support provided.

What you'll do

• Developing the company's growth strategy and project portfolio
• Managing P&L, budgets, and unit economics
• Building organizational structure, processes, KPI/OKR
• Managing department heads and teams
• Overseeing SEO directions and prioritizing projects
• Finding new growth opportunities and launching new directions
• Implementing AI and automation into business processes
• Gradual transition of operational management from the owner to the CEO

What we need

• 5+ years in SEO with proven cases and measurable results
• Experience managing a company or large business unit
• Experience managing P&L and large teams
• Strong skills in finance, processes, and scaling
• Systematic approach and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Willingness to work in Kazakhstan

Nice to have

• Experience with a portfolio of SEO websites / affiliate projects
• Experience with international GEOs
• MBA / Executive MBA
