CRM Manager

A company with its own iGaming product (betting in test stage) is looking for a CRM Manager to strengthen retention. The platform is fully in-house developed, product is about 2 years old. Fully remote, small team, high autonomy.

What you'll do

• Strengthen the CRM direction and retention
• Launch promos and campaigns: mechanics, segments, offers
• Manage loyalty programs, VIP, bonus mechanics
• Work with segments and analytics
• Gradually get involved in the betting direction

What we need

• Experience in iGaming/betting
• Experience with promos, campaigns, bonuses, loyalty programs
• Understanding of retention and reactivation
• Work with analytics and segments
• Understanding of how to work with betting
• Independence, willingness to be a generalist
• Russian language

Nice to have

• CRM communications (Email, Push, SMS, In-App), trigger chains
• Customer.io or another ESP
• Experience in a young product/startup
• English from B1
