Traffic Optimizer (Ad Network)

The employer is looking for a Traffic Optimizer who can handle large traffic volumes through analytics, testing and results. They need a specialist able to figure out why one source performs better than another, find growth points, improve metrics and scale results.

What you'll do

• Analyze and optimize ad campaigns and traffic sources
• Work with Gambling, Betting, Dating, Cam, Apps, Utilities and other verticals
• Optimize Video Pre-roll, Pop, Push, Native and Display traffic
• Analyze CTR, CPM, CPC, CR, CPA, ROI and other KPIs
• Work with GEO, placements, sources, devices and other breakdowns
• Identify causes of performance drops and growth points
• Scale effective campaigns and sources
• Test hypotheses and new optimization approaches
• Work together with account managers and the technical team

What we need

• 1+ year of experience in Ad Network / Affiliate / Media Buying
• Understanding of performance marketing and traffic economics
• Confident work with analytics and advertising metrics
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability not just to spot a metric change but to understand its cause
• Self-sufficiency and initiative

Nice to have

• Experience working directly in an ad network
• Experience with Video Pre-roll, Pop, Push, Native or Display
• Understanding of Gambling / Betting / Dating / Cam / Apps / Utilities
• Experience with international traffic
• Understanding of RTB / Programmatic
• Own tools, ideas and approaches to optimization and scaling
