Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook & Telegram)

We are looking for a Team Lead who can find profitable campaigns and build effective team work. The role includes managing a media buying team, monitoring KPIs, developing advertising campaign strategies, and collaborating with other departments. What you'll do

• Managing the Media Buying (Facebook) team
• Monitoring the team's KPI and key metrics
• Developing strategy for launching, testing, and scaling ad campaigns
• Analyzing results, finding growth areas, and improving traffic buying efficiency
• Quality control of campaigns and task distribution within the team
• Interacting with designers, tech department, and other teams
• Training, developing, and supporting buyers

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer with management functions is mandatory.
• Experience in gray traffic for at least 2 years.
• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads and traffic buying on Telegram.
• Confident work with Keitaro and other analytics tools.
• Experience in scaling ad campaigns and managing large budgets.
• Ability to build processes, motivate a team, and take responsibility for overall results.
