Head of Network / Team Lead | Crypto

The employer is looking for a leader for a new Crypto Affiliate Network. The candidate must build a team from scratch, establish processes, and scale the project. Fully remote, fixed from $2,000 + 20% of the team's net profit.

What you'll do

• Building an affiliate team from scratch and defining roles within
• Searching, interviewing, and onboarding new specialists
• Setting goals, KPIs, and monitoring team results
• Establishing internal processes, optimizing and automating them
• Expanding the partner base and finding new advertisers
• Analyzing financial metrics and monitoring profitability
• Identifying new directions and growth opportunities
• Scaling the project together with the team

What we need

• Experience managing an affiliate network or traffic arbitrage team
• Understanding of traffic buying, selling, and monetization
• Experience building and developing teams
• Ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for them
• Strategic thinking
• Ability to launch new processes and directions without ready-made templates
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
