Trader Support Manager (Operations)
Employer Location —Comp up to $1,000Schedule 8-hour shifts, Kyiv time zone
We are looking for a specialist to support traders and control operational processes in a fintech project. Remote work with shift schedule.
What you'll do
- Monitor traders' work during the shift
- Distribute traffic and workload
- Assist in resolving disputes and non-standard situations
- Work with CRM and Google Sheets
- Maintain process stability and prompt communication with the team
What we need
- Experience in an operational / coordination role
- Multitasking and high reaction speed
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to make quick decisions
