Affiliate Manager
Employer —Location —Comp Fixed salary + KPI bonuses + referral 5% of payments from recruited webmasters
A CPA network is looking for an Affiliate Manager to work with webmasters in E-commerce and Nutra verticals. Fully remote, results-oriented. Responsibilities: finding and attracting webmasters, selling terms, motivation, guiding from registration to profit, traffic quality control, helping newcomers, creating training materials, automating routine. Terms: fixed salary + KPI bonuses + referral 5% of payments from recruited webmasters, growth potential to head.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience as an affiliate manager or support, preferably in goods or in-house
- Personal experience running traffic (at least one source, manually)
- Knowledge of goods vertical from inside: COD, approval, trash, order processing, buyouts, holds
- Understanding of different traffic sources and verticals
- Ability to sell and negotiate, professional correspondence, individual approach
- Proactiveness: independently finding webmasters, suggesting motivation and improvements
