CRM / Retention Manager

An iGaming operator is looking for its first CRM/Retention Manager to build the retention function from scratch. Responsibilities include integrating Customer.io CRM platform, launching communications, developing retention and reactivation strategies for RU/CIS GEO, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis. Candidates must be located outside Russia.

What we need

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming
  • Experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with casino vertical
  • Understanding of retention economics and player behavior
  • Experience with CRM platforms and automation tools
  • Solid understanding of key retention metrics: Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, Churn Rate, Repeat Deposit Rate, Cohort Analysis, ROI retention campaigns
  • Analytical mindset and ability to independently analyze retention / quality traffic at the start
  • Willingness to build processes independently in a startup / early-stage environment
  • Self-reliance, initiative, and willingness to work hands-on at the start

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the RU/CIS market specifics
