CRM / Retention Manager
Employer —Location Remote (outside Russia)Comp Fixed salary at market level with regular review (at least once a year)
An iGaming operator is looking for its first CRM/Retention Manager to build the retention function from scratch. Responsibilities include integrating Customer.io CRM platform, launching communications, developing retention and reactivation strategies for RU/CIS GEO, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis. Candidates must be located outside Russia.
What we need
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming
- Experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing
- Experience with casino vertical
- Understanding of retention economics and player behavior
- Experience with CRM platforms and automation tools
- Solid understanding of key retention metrics: Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, Churn Rate, Repeat Deposit Rate, Cohort Analysis, ROI retention campaigns
- Analytical mindset and ability to independently analyze retention / quality traffic at the start
- Willingness to build processes independently in a startup / early-stage environment
- Self-reliance, initiative, and willingness to work hands-on at the start
