Head of Traffic

We are looking for a Head of Traffic for an Adult AI project. You will be responsible for multiplying the influx of paying users through traffic management, finding new combinations, and optimizing the funnel. The key result is ROMI ≥ 30% with stable budget scaling.

What you'll do

• Strategic planning: develop a strategy for each product, allocate budgets (adult networks, seeding, push, native ads, contextual).
• Channel management: work with Traffic Stars, Traffic Junky, ExoClick, Adsterra, etc. Scale seeding integrations (Telegram, Reddit, Medium).
• Leadership: manage a team of 3-5 people and external contractors. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the team's workflow.
• Analytics and ROMI: daily monitoring of CPC, CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, LTV. Automate reporting and quickly shut down unprofitable combinations.
• Creative strategy: manage content production that passes moderation but hits the audience's pain points.

What we need

• At least 3 years of experience in traffic management, mandatory in the Adult niche.
• Proactiveness: spot problems and propose solutions before they become critical.
• Responsibility for results: think in terms of business and product, take on tasks critical to ROMI.
• Business mindset: understand that cash in the bank is more important than high reach.
