Team Lead of Sales

We are looking for a Team Lead of Sales to scale traffic processing in the invest/credit verticals. Responsibilities: strategy and launch of new projects, building funnels from scratch, analytics and traffic efficiency growth, team management. Fully remote, schedule 6/1 from 10:00 to 22:00 (UTC+3), commission-based payments every 2 weeks via BEP20.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a traffic processing department (invest/credit verticals).
- Ability to scale processes and build complex sales funnels.
- Experience in building projects from scratch, hiring, training, and quality control.
- Data-driven mindset with proven results.
- Responsibility and punctuality.
