User Acquisition Manager

An influencer, AI creation, and performance agency is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to generate leads for fintech projects in Tier 2–3 foreign markets. Responsibilities: buying traffic from Facebook, TikTok, Google, processing in Telegram, launching hypotheses, handing off processes to the team. Requires real experience in performance buying (fintech, deposits, subscriptions), ability to build funnels and calculate unit economics (CAC, CPL, CPA, LTV), structure, transparency, high speed, use of AI. Terms: service contract, crypto payments, full-time, fixed $1800–2200 + 10% of net profit from the direction after probation.
