Video Designer / Motion Creator (Performance)

The company is looking for a video designer to produce performance creatives for Google Demand Gen, Kayzen, and YouTube. Verticals: finance (Forex, CFD, crypto). Regions: Asia, Europe, LATAM. Requires confident editing in After Effects and Premiere Pro, understanding of short video dramaturgy, experience with AI tools (Kling, Runway, HeyGen, etc.). Full remote, full-time, salary above market.

What we need

• Proficient editing in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or CapCut/DaVinci)
• Understanding of short video dramaturgy: hook → retention → trigger → CTA
• Motion skills: text animation, lower thirds, buttons, transitions
• Sense of the financial niche (Forex, CFD, crypto)
• Experience with AI tools for video production (Kling, Runway, Sora, Veo, Pika, HeyGen, Arc Ads, Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs)
