Junior Onboarding Specialist

A FinTech company is looking for a Junior Onboarding Specialist. The candidate will work with client information and documentation, communicate with banks and PSPs, and facilitate successful completion of onboarding procedures. The role suits a detail-oriented person interested in building a career in fintech.

What you'll do

• Collecting and verifying information and documentation required for underwriting and onboarding procedures.
• Maintaining business correspondence with banks, PSPs and other financial partners on current requests.
• Preparing accurate and timely responses to external partners' requests.
• Tracking the status of current tasks, proactively requesting, preparing or clarifying missing information or documentation.
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising and meeting established deadlines.
• Timely escalation of issues to relevant colleagues or proposing possible solutions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful and timely completion of the onboarding process for clients.

What we need

• Fluent Russian and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to independently organise work, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail when working with information and documentation.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and professionally in writing.
• Proactive approach: ability to work without constant supervision, independently clarify missing information and see tasks through to completion.
• Ability to process large volumes of information and learn new processes and requirements.
• Interest in developing expertise in fintech, underwriting and client onboarding.

• Previous work experience in fintech or e-commerce.
